U.S. Nutraceuticals Acquires La Haye Laboratories
U.S. Nutraceuticals, Eustis, FL, has acquired Redmond, WA-based La Haye Laboratories. Following the death of founder Peter La Haye, the company had been eyeing potential partnering opportunities. It focused on U.S. Nutraceuticals for its scientific technology, marketing strength and business development resources. The acquisition allows U.S. Nutraceuticals to offer additional proprietary, branded ingredients that offer novel characteristics to consumer product manufacturers.
